About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media strategy across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads for our B2B AI software product.
You will be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue through full-funnel paid campaigns, working closely with the growth, product marketing, and sales teams to turn ad spend into measurable business outcomes.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy and data-driven optimization. You will build and lead our performance marketing function, shaping how we reach technical decision-makers, founders, and enterprise buyers in a fast-moving AI market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy, setup, execution, and optimization on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), with primary focus on Meta and TikTok
- Manage and allocate six- to seven-figure annual ad budgets, ensuring efficient CAC and ROAS targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Design and run full-funnel campaigns targeting B2B audiences—from awareness and demand generation through to lead capture, nurturing, and pipeline acceleration
- Build, test, and iterate on audience segments, lookalikes, retargeting flows, and custom audiences using CRM and product data (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment)
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, copy, and video assets tailored to each platform's format and algorithm
- Implement and maintain robust conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting dashboards (e.g., UTM frameworks, CAPI, Conversions API, GA4, Looker/Tableau)
- Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, bid strategies, and funnel stages
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, beta features, privacy regulations (iOS/ATT, cookie deprecation), and emerging B2B ad formats
- Partner with sales and revenue operations to close the loop between marketing-sourced leads and closed-won revenue, optimising toward pipeline—not just clicks
- Report performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership on a weekly and monthly cadence
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, with demonstrable expertise in campaign architecture, audience strategy, and creative testing at scale
- Strong track record in B2B software or SaaS performance marketing; experience marketing AI, developer tools, or technical products is highly preferred
- Deep expertise in Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including Conversions API (CAPI) setup, pixel implementation, custom event configuration, and catalogue management
